Room Attendant - London at Ten Trinity Square
Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square is looking for a Room Attendant to join our team!
At Four Seasons we believe in recognizing a familiar face, welcoming a new one and treating every one we meet the way we would want to be treated ourselves. This position starts at £23,000 annual basic pay, and is eligible for service charge, estimated at an additional £12,000 per annum.

Set in the heart of the City, overlooking Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, Ten Trinity Square is a beautiful grade II listed building with 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments, a destination spa, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including La Dame de Pic (French cuisine, 2*Michelin Star), Mei Ume (Chinese/Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar)
The Room Attendant role:
The Room Attendant is an integral part of the Housekeeping Team who collectively is responsible for the cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel. The Room Attendant services guest rooms and guest housekeeping requests and is responsible for the overall comfort level of our guests and should provide impeccable service at all times.
The ideal Room Attendant will have:
- A passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail
- Good communications skills with a good command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile
