Reception and Information Services Assistant
Fixed Term – 6 Months
Full Time – 35hrs per week (part-time or job share will be considered)
Salary: Grade 2 BAR £21,532 - £22,312 per annum
Location – City Campus
You will provide reception, switchboard and mailroom support to the Administration Services function, and provide a high level of customer service at all times.
To apply for this position you must have an SVQ Level II/3 Higher Grades or equivalent, and have previous experience with working in a reception/switchboard/ administrative role. You will have the ability to work flexibly as part of a team, have good communication skills, and a working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel and databases. You will be pro-active and be able to deal with unexpected emergency situations and to work well under pressure.
