Role & responsibilities

  • Quoting customers groupage ( on our network), LTL/ FTL/ van with external partners
  • Booking shipments
  • Answering to status requests
  • Maintaining a relationship with customers and operations in other branches
  • General admin: filing, queries, claims, PODs etc
  • 1-2 days working from home
