As a Retention Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and drive repeat purchases.
The position is open to candidates located anywhere in the UK or in Europe.

- Develop and execute retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and reduce the churn rate
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improvement
- Create personalized communication campaigns to engage and retain customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience and satisfaction
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer retention
- Identify and implement innovative retention initiatives to drive revenue growth

- Experience in developing and implementing content strategies for consumer brands gained in an agency or company.
- Strong understanding of customer retention strategies and best practices.
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent and structured writing skills with impeccable grammar.
- Openness to generating new and creative content ideas.
- Analytical mindset for interpreting data and drawing insights.
- Proficiency in working with Mailchimp.
- In-depth understanding of communication platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with an international team.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Capability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment.
