Morrison Water Services are recruiting for an Operations Manager to work on our Thames Water Infrastructure Programmes contract in London and Thames Valley.
As the Operations Manager you will be part of our Leadership Team who are responsible for the safe, efficient, and consistent delivery of our targets for our client Thames Water. You will oversee all operational work on Minor Capital Works and Trunk Main Leakage which encompasses significant engineering programmes. You will oversee the management team who maintain Thames Water's strategic assets. You will also deal with high profile emergency bursts which means you'll need to be both a strategic thinker (planned works) and have the ability to pull a team together in a crisis.
Due to the significant engineering aspects of the job, it is preferred that you come from a civil engineering background, but lack of a formal qualification does not mean you should not apply - significant experience will also be considered.
