Miele have successfully grown their physical retail presence through their successful experience centres across the UK - providing customers with expert advice, hands–on demonstrations, truly bringing their products to life. They are now seeking a Retail Store Manager for their store in St James Quarter, Edinburgh where you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver excellent customer experience, ‘best in class’ consumer sales and store operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Deliver a ‘best in class’ premium brand experience for all visitors to the store
- Development and implementation of the sales strategy to deliver and exceed annual budgets for sales, units, transaction value, conversion rate and margin
- Drive customer experience and sales growth of products and accessories to foster customer loyalty and increase profitability
- Deliver a premium sales experience to consumers, both existing and prospective, that will deliver lifetime loyalty and brand recommendation
- Constantly improve standards for customer experience - streamline and simplify processes and create efficiencies
- Proactive leadership - actively encouraging best practice, new training opportunities, ideas and skills and always looks to raise the standards and improve/evolve the team.
- Inspire the team acting as a role model providing training, development and support through performance development reviews and regular team meetings
- Implementation and management of processes/standards for the store administration to ensure the consumer journey is efficient and effective to create sales
Salary £40,000 - £45,000+ plus fantastic package.
