Due to company growth, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our vibrant team.
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of the governance and management of multiple projects ensuring we consistently deliver what we promise, to cost, when we say we will and to the highest possible standards.
This role can be based in York / London / Manchester or Remote working considered, with occasional UK travel required.

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of the governance and management of multiple projects ensuring we consistently deliver what we promise, to cost, when we say we will and to the highest possible standards.
This role can be based in York / London / Manchester or Remote working considered, with occasional UK travel required.
What you’ll be doing:
This is a varied and interesting role including:-
- Effective planning, management and governance of concurrent projects - planning resources, monitoring progress and early identification of risks to ensure milestones are met on time.
- Developing effective stakeholder relationships by with clients and key stakeholders. Work closely partner with our Client Services function to ensure pro-active and effective communication is maintained through the project lifecycle.
- Solution focused management, by provide regular updates/reports on progress and risks - identifying and providing solutions.
- Managing the project financials including the completion of monthly reconciliations, monitoring time and project costs, and ensuring invoices are raised in the timescale required.

To be successful in this role you will need the following skills and experience:
- Drive, ambition and a willingness to make a difference
- Strong project management skills, with tangible experience managing multiple projects including stakeholder management
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail ensuring all work meets the quality standards of Ipsos Karian and Box
- Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
- An understanding of employee engagement and the market we operate in (desirable)
