We are currently looking for an out-going Retail Assistant to join our team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will be confident speaking to people and enthusiastic about delivering the best customer service possible.
What the role would involve:
* Engaging with customers who walk in store
* Turning browsing customers in to buyers
* Creating an unmatched customer experience
* Managing and keeping up to date with pricing and discounts
* Keeping up with relevent prodect knowledge
