Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Freelance Bathroom Designer/Sales to join our team, who has experience in taking the customers through their journey from capturing their layout, budget and design ideas, creating 3D renders for their visualisation and selling them their required kitchen.

This role would best suit an individual or small team who has experience in designing and selling kitchens, works on a commission basis and would like a base to work from.

The Role:

• Deliver a bespoke journey to the customers
• Understand the customers’ requirements and convert them into designs
• Provide a memorable service and an outstanding customer experience
• Deliver both personal and showroom targets
• Provide an industry leading service
• Promote all services including Supply and Installation
• Follow processes to ensuring remedial costs are minimised
• Carry out competitor visits and use observations to support performance
• Take responsibility for the standards in the showroom
• Ensure the CRM system in line with company requirements and GDPR guidelines are followed

Essential Skills:

• Previous experience within a sales targeted environment
• Confident working in a customer experience environment
• Experience of using CAD/Compusoft/FusionV8 to design for a third party
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Commercially aware
• Self-motivated

Job Types: Freelance, Permanent, Part-time, Full-time

Salary: £14.00-£34.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
