We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Supervisor at Hand Picked Hotels.
Ettington Park Hotel is a 4 Red Star Hotel. It is a popular wedding and leisure stay destination and has a 2 AA Fine Dining Rosette restaurant. The hotel has a swimming pool and one treatment room.
About the role:
We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our Hand Picked team at Ettington Park Hotel, Stratford Upon Avon. If you have restaurant experience and are looking for your next challenge, this could be the role for you!
You are the ultimate hospitality professional able to make each and every guest feel special and have the ability to encourage and motivate others in the team to do the same.
As the Restaurant Supervisor you will be responsible for all operational aspects of the shift including service delivery, briefings with the team, ensuring H&S is maintained and booking diary management. You will therefore need to be organised, confident and have excellent communication skills.
This role will involve working a mix of shifts 7am - 3.30pm and 2.30pm - 11pm. It is a Full Time role working 40 hours with any overtime paid.
