Both full and Part time positions are available.
We are looking for a charismatic and competent restaurant staff to join the team of our new Restaurant located in Gin & Juice, Mumbles. The role will offer significant opportunities for personal development and growth in a vibrant environment.
Gin and Juice is an all-day eating & drinking venue, open from in the morning for brunch & coffee, all the way through to the night where our impressive selection of over 450 gins take centre stage. Our Rum & Fizz bar will be an extension to the Gin bar offering a wide selection of Rums and fantastic cocktails. Our Gin & Juice Grill will serve simple, honest food through out the day and evening.. On the ground floor will be a small espresso bar (Coffee Barker) which will offer great coffee, cakes and a selection of freshly made sandwiches. This will just operate during the days and will be separate to the rest of the bars.
- You MUST have a proven track record of delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
- You MUST Have experience in a similar customer facing role
- You MUST Excellent communication skills
- You MUST Be able to work effectively as part of a team
- Have great bar skills including cocktail making and basic barista training or experience in waitering.
- Every product served needs to be instagrammable so attention to detail and a flair of creativity is encouraged.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £9.50-£11.00 per hour
