Job Title: Assistant Product Engineer (6 to 12 month fixed term contract)
Salary: Up to £40,000 plus Veolia benefits (pension)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Location: Flexible location with hybrid working

What will you be doing?
As an Assistant Product Engineer you will be working closely with the Hazardous Waste business users to understand the operational challenges of their chemists, engineers, managers and users.
The Assistant Product Engineer will support our Product Engineer with identifying, specifying, testing, and in some cases implementing, process or software solutions.
- Work closely with our Product Engineer and other members of the Product Team to identify, scope and implement technical process or software solutions to cost-beneficial business challenges.
- Record existing and new solutions to build a library of best practice and end user guidance.
- Ensure governance over design and development methods to keep inline with best practice guidelines.
- Ensure vendors & contractors are adhering to best practice when working within the Salesforce platform.
