Job description
As Resourcing Operations Manager, you will provide operational management of the Medical Staffing & General Recruitment Team and provide high level specialist advice on all recruitment and Medical & Dental related issues to deliver a comprehensive, effective and timely recruitment and resourcing service for all staff groups. The role of Resourcing Operations Manager involves managing a variable and independent workload that can involve prioritisation of tasks and working to important deadlines and KPIs. The role is responsible for providing advice and additional senior support within the Resourcing service, coordination of yearly cohort planning, monitoring compliance across pre-employment checks and management of more complex Recruitment processes to ensure efficiency & accuracy.
You will work alongside the Head of Recruitment and Resourcing to provide professional leadership as well as driving forward our recruitment strategy.Previous applicants need not apply.
