This is an opportunity for an ambitious and dedicated residential conveyancing fee earner, to join Paul Crowley & Co solicitors expanding conveyancing department, based at our head office in Anfield.
The successful candidate will join a highly professional and motivated team, where they will support Solicitors whilst also dealing with their own caseload of conveyancing matters.
A minimum of 3 years experience gained within the residential conveyancing sector is required.The purpose of the role primarily will be to:
- Handling caseloads relating to residential conveyancing transactions
- Dealing with Purchase, Transfer, Re Mortgage and Sale transactions
- Liaison with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and Solicitors
- Be able to generate your own referrals in order to create your own client base and generate further work for the firm
- Excellent communication, client care and organisational skills required
Skills, Qualifications and experience:
- Experience using Proclaim Case Management System is preferred but not essential (Training would be provided)
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service skills
- Digital dictation
- Excellent typing skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to cope with tight deadlines
- Perform conveyancing transactions accurately, reliably, efficiently and in accordance with the department and firms quality procedures
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients ensuring regular contact throughout the transaction ultimately delivering an outstanding client experience
- Liaising regularly with other individuals involved in transactions including lenders and agents
- Handling queries and enquiries efficiently
- Able to work towards strict deadlines
- Effective implementation of anti-money laundering legislation and KYC, procedures and compliance
- Ensure that the firms risk management procedures are adhered too
- Have a passion for the firm and department ensuring the promotion and raising the profile of the firm via marketing activities and networking
