Requirements:
· You will be a well-groomed, organised individual

· Good written and verbal English is required for this role

· Ability to lead and support a team in a professional manner
· Remain calm and composed under pressure whilst dealing with guests and staff alike

· Ability to work unsupervised and use own initiative
Responsibilities:
· As an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager you will lead a team that are responsible for the day to day running of the Restaurant/Conference rooms within the hotel.
· Continually focusing on maintaining hotel standards and excellent customer
service
· To be fully knowledgeable of all menus, drinks lists, cashiering procedures, hotel policies and brand standards
· Support, lead and develop Food and Beverage Assistants who will be supporting you with the day to day running of the conferences and events ensuring that our clients are greeted and treated with a smile and that their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
