Residential Childrens Worker
£13.00 – £14.50 per hour

Completely Care are working closely with our client in the Highworth, Swindon area to recruit for Residential Childrens Worker’s to work within this wonderful residential home. The opportunity to work with this fantastic organisation is highly sought after. We are searching for applicants who can provide the highest standards of care to the young residents.
This Residential Childrens Worker role will be based at one of the organisations homes in the Highworth, Swindon area, each of these homes supports a group of looked after young people. Staff will be required to bond with the young people, familiarise themselves with each young persons individual needs and the best way to support the emotional and behavioural needs of the young person. Engage with the residents on activities, ensure their safety and wellbeing, write reports and implicate care plans.
A suitable candidate for this Residential Childrens Worker role will have a passion for supporting looked after children, must be a driver, looking for full or part time ongoing position. This organisation are happy to take on and train candidates who don’t have experience in a similar role providing they are passionate about supporting vulnerable young people. Experience in this role is preferred, but not essential
