Braefield Court are recruiting positive behaviour care assistants. Braefield Court Residential Home a is registered service consisting of seven self contained ground floor apartments. Braefield Court supports adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Behaviours that may challenge. We take great pride in our service, providing high quality, person-centred care to all of our residents. Our aim is to provide a home away from home feeling for our residents and their families. We have a dedicated team of staff that prioritise the needs of each service user.
Braefield Court provides in house activities for all our residents, offering 1:1 activities as well as fun activities, swimming, day trips, etc. When supporting each resident, we follow a Positive Behaviour Support Framework. We offer our staff a range of training programmes, including Positive Behaviour Support, Safety Intervention, and other training opportunities to assist our staff to progress in their careers. Meals are provided for staff if they wish to avail and an amazing workplace with a friendly and professional atmosphere.
What we need from you-
- Experience in health and social care
- Driver’s licence/ access to car
- Be NISCC registered or eligible
- Minimum of 1 years experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs
