Role Overview
We're looking for a Social Media Admin Assistant who can dedicate 2-4 hours daily to supporting Mark's Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok pages.
YOU MUST BE SOMEONE WHO IS IN THE WORLD OF SOCIAL MEDIA AND KEEPS UP TO DATE WITH ALGORITHM CHANGES. YOU SHOULD ALSO EXPLORE HOW TO GROW AND BE MORE EFFECTIVE IN THIS WORLD.
Creative roles includes, but are not limited to:
Creating carousel posts with basic graphics.
Creating Instagram stories.
Brainstorming ideas on how to do brand partnership posts.
Admin duties include, but are not limited to:
Instagram:
Responding to DMs and comments under posts
Engaging with Mark's niche community
YouTube:
Responding to comments on his videos.
Creating community post and things of that nature.
Linkedin:
Responding to inbox messages
Transcribing Mark's words into posts.
TikTok:
Reposting Mark's Instagram reels onto TikTok, responding to comments and inbox messages.
The right candidate would be comfortable in engaging with a large following on various platforms; trustworthy and responsible. You will have good written communication skills and work efficiently.
This is a remote position, but will to meet with Mark once a month at his shop or local to that area.
Pay is in line with the London Living Wage.
