Residential Building Surveyor (Guildford, Hampshire and London)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Building Surveyor to join our growing Residential Services team.
How does the role look?
Varied: If you enjoy working closely with end clients providing quality Pre-Acquisition surveys (L2 and L3), Valuations, Defects and Snagging surveys, Reinstatement Cost Assessments for Residential Clients, then let us know.
Full life cycle: Be the trusted advisor for the client and provide advice across all stages from pre-acquisition, planning, co-ordination and execution of the project - we have the ability to support through the full life cycle
Client Facing: Undertake surveys, provide expertise and be the go to person
Chartered? That’s us. But you don’t have to be. We’ll pay for all your training and fees to become RICS Chartered. Learn from our inhouse APC assessor, or maybe you’re newly chartered and looking for a step-up? We’ll support you along whichever path you choose.
