Position Summary:

InkGiant USA is looking for a highly motivated Sales Associate that ALREADY KNOW HOW TO SELL TONER CARTRIDGES AND OFFICE SUPPLIES TO BUSINESSES AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES. Having your own account base is a huge plus!!! We are looking Sales Associates that want to work there own hours and are money motivated. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, working with the sales team to ensure the sales process is smooth and efficient. This position requires a customer-oriented approach to the sales process and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Essential Duties:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Work with the sales team to ensure the sales process is smooth and efficient
• Conduct research on products or services to be offered to customers
• Understand customer needs, preferences, and expectations
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to gather information about their needs
• Follow up with customers after making outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow up with customers after making inbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide feedback on sales process and possible solutions (e.g., suggestions for improving service, pricing etc.)to management
• Maintain accurate records of customer information using CRM systems or databases
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline deadline
• Provide reports on activity and results to management
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:
·High School Diploma or equivalent required (Preferred)
·Previous experience in a customer-facing role required (Preferred)
·Previous experience in sales or other related fields preferred (Preferred)
