An Administration Assistant is required to join our busy Law Firm in Glasgow City Centre.
Candidates must have good communication skills, be flexible and have a reliable and hard working attitude. You will be expected to act as part of the administrative team and as such your job role may occasionally require you to help others complete their duties. You should be a people person that enjoys working within a team; alongside this you should have excellent ICT and typing skills. Working hours are Full Time between the hours of 9am – 5pm.
Duties include:-
- Writing and dispatching routine or straightforward letters.
- Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files.
- Answering general queries by telephone, post or in person.
- Diary and Email management.
- Photocopying documents.
- Assisting Solicitors and Office Manager as necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
