Job Description Summary
This role is office based in the Isle of Man working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday.

So, about the role...
  • You will carry out simple procedural tasks to support management of external client relationships.
  • You will work within current standard compliance processes, systems, and procedures, and reports simple non-compliance issues.
  • You will be responsible for customer closure requests and prepping payments before being sent to Outward Payments
  • You will carry out High/Low risk CVP with customers as part of the Closure & Payment process
  • You will be responsible for handling Foreign/GBP cheques
  • You will carry out routine customer needs support tasks and assists others by following established procedures.
  • You will carry out a range of prescribed customer service activities and handles non-standard or more complex customer cases and enquiries using existing procedures.
  • You will create, organise, and maintain files for correspondence and records.
  • You will support development of personal capabilities by pursuing existing formal and informal training opportunities.
  • Accomplishes work objectives by determining own work schedule, coordinating with support services, and assigning short-term tasks to others if necessary.

  • Enthusiastic with the desire to deliver great service, and a teammate that can work closely with colleagues.
  • Strong communication skills are key as you’ll be dealing with customers as well as colleagues daily.
  • An eye for accuracy and strong attention to detail is key as you’ll be reviewing source of fund/wealth documentation.
