We are a Boutique Personal Training Gym based in Newcastle. Looking to expand across multiple sites in the next few months.
We are looking for a driven individual with experience in the commercial side of the fitness industry who can lead, develop and close our sales targets. Aiding us in the development of the commercial side of the business to achieve our growth targets, in line with our financial plans.
Key Objectives
1.To spearhead the setting and achievement of sales targets across The Confidence Coach sites
2.To act as a key person of influence in the commercial strand of the business
3.To lead the wider team in meeting sales targets
4.To act as the voice of the customer to the wider business
K.O.1
- To work with the Managing Director to create sales strategy
- To act as a first point of contact for prospective clients
- To champion The Confidence Coach core values and communicate the value of the service to direct prospects and the wider target audience
- To nurture new leads through the initial contact points with the gym, and to convert them to a trial and then to full membership
- To drive the commercial outcomes of the business by securing upsells, cross sells, secondary spend, and retail sales
- To take the lead on creating the relevant systems, processes, and funnels required for the sales function of the business

- To develop relationships with local businesses, aligned brands, schools, and other external organisations to promote The Confidence Coach and drive sales and profitability
- To develop strategic partnerships with suppliers and relevant organisations to support The Confidence Coach's commercial objectives
- To champion and disseminate The Confidence Coach’s ‘Triple Bottom Line’ philosophy – People, Profit, Planet
K.O.3
- To ‘own’ the commercial KPIs as pertain to sales, additional income streams, and community engagement, setting up feedback systems and reporting to the Managing Director regularly on the results of defined initiatives
- To create a culture where 'everybody is in sales', aiding in the sales training and development of the wider staff team
- To play a lead role in driving The Confidence Coach brand throughout the member journey – marketing, sales, onboarding, and ongoing client experience
- To play a supporting role in the overall sales objectives of the business, contributing to the overarching KPI tracking and optimisation process
K.O.4
- To share learning about customer demographics and psychographics to feed into the wider marketing and sales strategy
- To act as a bridge between the sales and membership functions of the business, ensuring that clients experience a seamless customer journey
- To aid the Operations Director and wider staff team in driving client retention, both by communicating the value of the brand during the sales process; and by actively promoting and reinforcing this value through ongoing 'internal sales'

Salary: £25,000.00-£47,000.00 per year

Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
