Hours / weeks: 3 days per week between Monday-Friday, x2 days in-office and x1 day working from home. (21 hours / 52 weeks)
Actual salary range: £11,841.73 - £12,621.57

In the role of HR Assistant, you’ll predominantly be based at Waterfront, Huddersfield. Your focus will be to provide high quality, comprehensive administrative support to a wide range of people and organisational activities; including all recruitment, appointments, contractual changes, pre-employment checks, redeployment and benefits/invoicing administration.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Maintain the integrity and quality of HR data ensuring accurate entry of data into HR systems at all times.
- Deal effectively and efficiently with enquiries to deliver a positive customer experience, providing information on a range of HR policies and procedures within the recruitment/onboarding process and full employee life-cycle.
- Responsible for the day to day management of HR Enquiry inbox.
- Responsible for DBS administration and record keeping.
Ideally, you’ll have experience of working within a busy HR environment and demonstrable experience with HR Systems/ Microsoft Applications. It’s important that you’re able to communicate effectively at all levels and prioritise workloads.
