About the role
To embed high-quality, meaningful involvement of people with lived experience of arthritis into all our research activities. You will support the successful implementation of our research involvement offer and champion the voice of people with arthritis.

This includes onboarding new and diverse involved people, designing and delivering training and capacity building activities, regular communications, network monitoring and striving to provide a consistently high quality and excellent experience.
- Assisting in the delivery and continued review of a clear and consistent offer to researchers and external partners around research involvement, including working with colleagues in the charity and wider sector.
- Acting as an advocate, supporting researchers, other colleagues and partners to understand, design and implement highly effective research involvement activities.
- Leading on research involvement communications, as a key part of building and maintaining relationships with a diverse group of people with lived experience, ensuring content and format meets audience needs. This will include the development of group email updates and case studies, whilst ensuring that our web pages are updated and accurate.
