We are currently recruiting for a Replenishment Assistant to join our Aelia duty free store situated in the departure lounge of London Luton Airport. Delivering a well-presented store, with great availability, is a key part of a customer’s overall shopping experience. As a Replenishment Assistant you will work to maintain store standards around stock levels, merchandising and housekeeping tasks, whist delivering first class customer service to our customers.

Duties & responsibilities:
- Greeting customers with a friendly smile
- Helping customers with product selection
- Offering additional link sales
- Ensuring all customers receive excellent customer service every-time
- To maintain high shop floor standards and presentation
- To ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner at all times
- To be involved in receiving stock deliveries as required and maintenance of back holding area
- To maximise sales by providing excellent customer service
- To work effectively in/as a team
- Provide a friendly, efficient and professional service to our external and internal customers
- To ensure security of stock at all times
- To assist with stock takes as and when required
Skills:
- Good organisation skills and able to prioritise workload
- Good housekeeping abilities
- Be proactive and have a positive attitude to working challenges
- A strong understanding of excellent customer service
- Flexibility
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as well as in a team
Reports to: Department Supervisor
Hours: 37.5hrs (5 out of 7 days) and 30hrs (4 out of 7 days) flexibility needed as will include weekends/evenings/overnight for promotion changes.
