We’re a renowned and award-winning video production company with a diverse range of clients across the public and private sectors and provide full-service video production, ranging from TV and cinema adverts to promotional brand videos, animation production, and social media marketing.
The Role
We are looking for a creative, organised, skilled Video Producer to join our award-winning video and marketing agency. Effective communication skills are essential to support our highly valued client relationships.
The successful candidate will manage projects from the initial brief to creative development, taking the project into full production (including managing external production partners) and through the delivery of final assets, with both creativity and commercial success in mind. We welcome applications from those who are early in their careers and are looking to take a step up in terms of responsibilities and production seniority. As the role progresses there would be opportunities to work on larger-scale projects and move into senior production and creative roles.
The successful candidate would need to work on several projects concurrently, switching from various roles and be able to comfortably move between creative and managerial tasks. You will be technically proficient behind the camera and in the edit and offer a broad knowledge of cameras, lenses, grip, lighting, and sound equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop concepts and creative briefs in collaboration with clients and the agency team
- Develop production timelines, budgets and schedules
- Lead pre-production, production and post-production activities
- Direct talent, including actors, voiceover artists, and crew
- Manage client relationships and communicate project progress, timelines and changes as necessary
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality
- Provide creative direction, feedback, and guidance to team members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in video production, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- An understanding of and proficiency in all aspects of video production, including camera operation, lighting, audio recording
- The ability to edit your own work
- Some experience working with or directing talent and managing crew members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and agency team members
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in film, communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
