Role Summary:

Role Summary: Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the main aim of the role is to assist with the day to day running of the department, ensuring all KPIs are met.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate & on time orders to customers
• Maintain up to date systems
• Maintaining the highest quality expected with Handling, QC, Dispatch.
• Assist with accurate stock booking in process
• Assist with perpetual stock counts PP&D
• Efficiently process the despatch of new orders within KPI timeframe
• Maintain accuracy of correct item picked
• Manage quality of the products being despatched
• Ensure all sample Request are sent in time permitted SLA.
• Assist with accurate and efficient movement of stock around the business
• Fill in documentation paperwork
