Your role at a glance
As an Analyst you will be responsible for liaising with customers to collect energy management data and analyse the information to provide insight to the delivery of our services to clients. You will be involved in supporting our customers defining and implementing their Net Zero Carbon Reduction Strategies, prepare data for our services such as Greenhouse Gas Reporting (GHG), Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting (SECR), Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS) and Display Energy Certificates (DEC) and then liaise with clients to obtain and validate data. You will also assist Consultants by reviewing their reports, proof reading and validating calculations.
A key aspect of all roles in the Energy Services team is to input into the improvement and enhancement of all our products and services and help bring new products to market. The ability to leverage on our smart back-office systems and processes, working as a team, gives us a real competitive advantage in the fast-growing energy and carbon management market.

Progressing in the role you will have the opportunity to advance into completing on-site energy assessments and gain formal accreditation as an Energy Assessor.
About you
We are looking for someone with at least 1 years’ experience in a data analysis and reporting role and who is familiar with working to SLA goals and KPI objectives. You will be able to demonstrate a passion for working with data, problem solving and customer service in equal measure and ideally be educated to Degree level in a technical, energy or engineering discipline.
