Job description
We’re currently looking for a Virtual Sales Support Assistant, who will be building new relationship and nurturing existing relationships with our customers through phone, email and social media.
This role will be working as part of a fast-paced team focusing on account management and increasing the value our business across your portfolio. Working remotely or in your local branch, you’ll be supported thoroughly to strive for greatness through our dedicated training and progression and be encouraged to be your best.
This is a challenging role but very rewarding, working closely with your Team Leader & Branch Personnel, Existing External Sales Manager’s you will be part of a growing professional sales team building for the future.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing business with existing and new potential customers – generating opportunities through outbound calling, e-mailing & using Social Media.
- Identifying and making contact with decision maker(s) within the Organisations and promoting our offering.
- Understanding and developing product knowledge.
- Maximising each sales opportunity and increase customer order value by up selling and cross selling.
- Process Customer orders and ensure they are dealt with in a timeously manner.
- Working towards and achieving individual and company sales targets & KPI’s.

- Computer literate, Word, Excel.
- Good telephone manner with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisation, co-ordination, time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to establish and maintain good customer relationships internally at all levels
