Our client help care homes across the UK provide better care, and service. They are an SME that operating in London and the South East that provide Care homes with equipment, PPE, and care products across the south of England. This is a Remote role with the office located in Southwater (Horsham, West Sussex)
Job Description
Remote Project Management Officer - Responsibilities:
- Support the Projects, installations, and operations teams to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget
- Handle health and safety/compliance documentation
- Liaising with 3rd parties and managing their performance
- Oversee the administration of Incoming/Outgoing Stock
- Assist in coordinating project plans and schedules
- Assist in coordinating engineers and staff within the projects department and subcontracted labour.
- Place orders for equipment and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Managing and maintaining records
- Responding to emails accurately and concisely
- Liaising with Manufacturing and production suppliers
- Attend stakeholder meetings and client operations meetings as required
The Successful Applicant
Experience and Skill Set Requirements:
- Experience working in a Project Management role.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships
- Attention to detail and the ability to produce consistently accurate work
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Self-disciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature
- Experienced in working to and meeting deadlines
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
