Job overview
We’re looking for a rehabilitation assistant to join our interdisciplinary team, facilitating and supporting intervention programmes for clients who have had a brain injury. Your duties will be highly varied, encompassing direct work with clients and a range of underpinning administrative and organisational activities.

Your clinical work will be directed by our physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech & language therapists, and neuropsychologists: you’ll have opportunities to work in sessions alongside them, and then with clients on your own to practise and embed the activities and techniques recommended by the therapists. You’ll work in a variety of settings including clients’ homes, care homes, and the wider community; some sessions may be undertaken remotely. You will see clients in Surrey, London, and surrounding areas, travelling by car or public transport.

You will also report to and work closely with our chief operating officer, supporting the administration and liaison that is critical to implementing our clients’ rehabilitation. This may involve, for example, helping to organise appointments, meetings, and our online groups.
