Job description
St Magnus House Ltd are currently looking to recruit a reliable and enthusiastic Receptionist to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Reception and ensuring that the exchange is manned at all times;
- Providing a warm, friendly welcome for all visitors and callers;
- Issuing/Tracking of fobs and alarms as required and maintaining the spread sheet;
- Opening, sorting, distributing and answering of emails and daily post, dealing with correspondences as necessary;
- Update the Admin calendar;
- Booking of Meeting/Family rooms within LSU and LRU;
- Update weekly meeting sheet for reception;
- Work with relevant Staff to ensure practical effective and attractive storage and retrieval systems for stationary, materials, equipment, files and work in progress;
- Assist with admission procedures and paperwork;
- Maintain and order stationary as required by Ward Staff
- Franking mail for St Magnus
Security
- Issuing and tracking staff security fobs on a daily basis;
- Issuing alarms;
- Issuing ID cards as required;
- Maintain protocols for hospital security procedures through reception
- Monitoring and Safeguarding of Ward cigarette lighters including the allocation and retrieval of the cigarette lighters.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £11.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Haslemere, GU27 3PX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
