What will you be doing?

Conduct assessments to understand how people’s conditions affect their daily lives.
Write detailed reports based on evidence for each assessment carried out.

What do you need?

Post-qualification 12 months experience in one of the following: Nurse, Physiotherapist, Paramedic, or OT.
Appropriate workspace within the home setting that allows you to complete your role.
Have an active registration with NMC/HCPC with no restrictions on the practice.
No previous Disability Assessor experience is required as training is provided.
