Gower College Swansea is one of the largest colleges in Wales with a strong reputation for high quality teaching and learning. We have six campuses across the city with over 4,500 full time learners and 10,000 part time learners. The role:
To work as part of the Marketing and Admissions team to ensure the College maximises student recruitment through a wide range of dynamic marketing communications activity.
The role will be responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of integrated marketing communications campaigns using both offline and digital platforms.
- Full Time - 37 Hours Per Week
- Fixed Term Until 31st August 2023
- £28,357.00 - £30,277.00 Per Annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan and implement a range of marketing activities targeting the College's key audiences to meet recruitment targets using both online and offline methods
- Develop, plan and implement specific marketing campaigns to support key periods in the academic calendar i.e. open evenings, recruitment pushes and seasonal campaigns.
- Plan, coordinate and support a range of stakeholder events including open evenings, award ceremonies, graduations and celebratory events i.e. A Level/GCSE.
- Work with the Graphic Designer to produce marketing collateral including digital assets.
About you:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- A recognised qualification in Marketing/PR or equivalent experience.
- Experience of delivering integrated marketing communication campaigns.
- Proven experience of producing marketing materials for various audiences.
