Salary: £30,000 - per year base with a legitimate O.T.E. of £60,000

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your primary focus will be on driving RAM Mount's business growth by generating and qualifying leads. You will play a vital role in expanding our presence across various verticals. Your key responsibilities will include:
· Prospecting and identifying potential sales opportunities.
· Conducting outreach to key decision-makers in target companies to introduce RAM Mount's products.
· Becoming well-versed in our vast product range and industry expertise to effectively engage with prospects and address their needs.
· Use innovative sales techniques, conducting thorough research, and leveraging tools like LinkedIn's sales navigator to identify and connect with potential customers.
· Qualifying leads through strategic questioning, active listening, and understanding the prospect's pain points and requirements.
· Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities in our CRM platform, HubSpot.
· Continuously expanding your knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
· Assisting in the development and execution of targeted campaigns to generate new leads.
· Participating in regular training sessions and professional development activities to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
