Regional Sales Manager
The role of our Regional Sales Manager is vital to the success of Radius. You will be responsible for 2nd line management of 2 first line managers and a team of up to 24 desk based sales agents.
We would love to welcome you to our office in Crewe, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Salary: Flexible dependent on experience, with a lucrative commission scheme
Location: Crewe, Cheshire
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30am-17:00pm
What will you be doing as a Regional Sales Manager?
Responsibility for second-line management of two first-line managers and 22 agent heads- Delivery of FY24 budget
- Review business MI and interpret into meaningful actions to improve performance
- Compilation and management of KPI’s and commissions
- Bi-Weekly 121s with team managers and formal monthly reviews. Sit-in on ad-hoc agent 121s
- Resource planning including recruitment, onboarding and all HR requirements
- Manage contact strategy and commercials for customer onboarding and wider owned portfolios
- Develop direct reports and sales teams to help identify future stars and leaders
- Lead from the front; setting high standards and expectations
- Proactively collaborate with key internal stakeholders
What do we expect of you?
Experience in a Sales Manager role, with a strong analytic focus and the ability to lead teams and Team Managers alike- Computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office packages. Salesforce experience would be preferred
- Able to demonstrate a 'common sense' approach to problem solving in the sales environment
- Manage own workload effectively and support the Head of Sales where necessary
- Strong team building skills and an ability to build effective relationships with customers
- Enthusiastic self-starter, driven by the intent to succeed and achieve company goals
