Avaliable Job Today We are looking for an orders/ operations administrator to join our growing Team at our Head Office based in Croydon.
Previous administration experience is essential as this is a fast paced, dynamic role incorporating many different areas of the business.
Training will be provided on the job so the ability to learn quickly is crucial.
Good numeracy and literacy skills are essential to undertake the daily tasks.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Place and confirm orders
* Booking subcontracted services for clients such as waste, pest, hygiene etc
* Liaising with sub-contractors and clients via telephone and email
* Sending quotes for additional services and goods to clients
* Collating data and compiling client reports
* Monitoring and dealing with reactive tasks through a shared Inbox
* Supporting nationwide management team with ad-hoc requests
* Coordinating delivery of goods to clients and arranging delivery notes
* General administrative duties such as typing, answering calls etc
The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, a professional manner, good communication skills at all levels (both written and verbal), will be able to multi task and prioritise workloads.
This role will also include working with orders department aswell
