Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Regional Operations Manager to join our passionate and driven team based at our North England office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Have the day-to-day responsibility for quality performance on the various contract with respect to cleaning.
- Assist in the management and monitoring of the operation of the contract and ensure compliance with the contract specification.
- Respond to any reasonable request of the company or clients.
- Apply quality control procedures to ensure the maintenance of high standards of service.
- Assist in effective management within budgetary constraints.
About You:
- Senior Management experience in the facilities management area, managing hard and soft services and project works including managing an operational site-based or mobile team.
- Hold relevant H&S qualifications for the position (IOSH, NEBOSH, SMSTS).
- Excellent communication skills including presentation and written report writing.
- Good PC skills, including advanced Excel.
