My client is a general contractor/restoration company with a large presence in Denver but is looking to expand by developing strong marketing strategies. My client is more than a remodeling company: we are your one-stop shop for all of your renovation needs. Our services include home renovations, home additions, structural design and construction, home redesigns, and architectural engineering.
This will be a strategic role to develop a marketing plan as well as implement the steps necessary to achieve that goal.
Salary 50K--1099.
Construction experience is a big plus!
Job Duties:
Develop effective advertising campaigns that sell products and services.
Create lasting relationships with consumers.
Oversee digital, analytical and budget for the marketing department.
SEO/Website Management
Collects research, analyze data to identify new customers.
Branding, logo and swag creation.
Develop promotional opportunities.
Other duties as assigned.
