We are seeking a highly motivated IT support engineer to join our dynamic and supportive National IT Team and serve Anthem’s London region.

Supporting schools with their IT journey has never been more pivotal given the needs to deliver great technology for the learning environment. We have an opportunity for the right individual to join our National IT team at an exciting time as we start a challenging but rewarding journey into centralisation and standardisation of the trusts IT operation.
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer who:
- Exhibits a proactive, solution focused approach to work, and is highly motivated.
- Demonstrates the skills and experience needed to effectively manage own workload, deliver troubleshooting, and take a proactive and preventative approach to their own work.
- Has solid customer service skills, with the ability to work with and support a range of people, including staff and pupils.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the IT systems within designated academies to ensure smooth running, maintenance and development of IT systems to facilitate teaching, learning, administration and leadership.
- Providing remote and face-to-face technical support in line with Anthem’s support service.
- Providing support and maintenance of the Academies network, servers, software packages and computer equipment and audio / visual hardware.
- Supporting Anthem in delivering strategic and operational IT goals, by working with the IT Technical Lead to support the plans and execution of projects.
