Regional Facilities Manager
Are you an experienced FM professional? Looking to take your skill set in a different direction? Keen to develop your skills within the wider business?
Location: Hybrid working covering the North West
You may currently be an Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager or someone with experience in property management who is keen to use their knowledge and experience to develop further
Work with branch colleagues, ROMs & RD’s to ensure FM service is maintained to agreed standards. Being the main point of contact on facilities issues within your region.
Assist in the roll out of our ‘New Ways of Working’ contractor management process and assist with the ongoing monitoring of high risk tasks and enforcement of a strong safety culture.
Actively review contractor quotations to ensure value for money and suitable working practices are in place for your region
Develop and undertake supplier and building audits, compile asset condition reports to inform Planned Preventative Maintenance regimes and influence the Forward Maintenance Register for future capital planning.
Assist with regional and national procurement programmes across all FM disciplines to deliver value for money for the Group
Hold or be willing to work towards IOSH and NEBOSH safety qualifications
