Job description
The Role
- Organise a large volume of interviews.
- Assist and manage the recruitment process from vacancy req through to onboarding using the ATS.
- Manage and post vacancy adverts to promote candidate attraction.
- Directly source applicants via Job Boards, social networking and employee referral schemes.
- Screen CVs against agreed criteria.
- Follow up calls to applicants as appropriate and timely scheduling of interviews.
- Provide clerical assistance for both internal and external recruitment campaigns.
- Aid the final stages of the recruitment process and construction of offer letters and contracts of employment.
- Previous experience within recruitment, ideally from a high volume background.
- Excellent organisation skills and the competence to switch between tasks.
- Knowledge of Social Media and job boards.
- Good IT experience expressly MS Excel, Outlook and Word.
