Executive Assistant to Managing Director Remote

As an Executive Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work from home while supporting our Managing Director in driving the business forward.
This is a fast-paced role that requires a high level of organisational skills, communication, time management, and attention to detail.
You will be responsible for managing the Managing Director's schedule, communicating with clients, and chasing necessary information to progress deals. As an experienced EA, you must be able to multitask effectively and solve problems quickly and independently.
In addition to the competitive salary, there are opportunities for quarterly bonuses based on your performance in helping the company achieve its objectives.
This role requires approximately 5 hours of work per day, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with flexibility depending on workload.
To be considered for this position, you must have at least 2 years of experience providing PA/EA support at a Senior Director level.

- Attention to Detail: Must be attentive to detail and ensure that all details of the executive's schedule and responsibilities are accurate and up-to-date.
- Multitasking: Must be able to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously while remaining focused and productive.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Must be able to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently, often taking the initiative to find solutions independently.
- Technology Skills: Must be proficient in using various office software and technology, including email, spreadsheets, databases, and project management tools.
- Flexibility: Must be adaptable and able to handle unexpected changes or last-minute requests.
- Discretion: Must maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism while often handling confidential information.
- Positive Attitude: Must possess a positive attitude and be able to work collaboratively with their executive and team members, even in stressful or challenging situations.
Key responsibilities:
- Screening, monitoring and prioritising of Director’s emails
- Logging into Directors Whatsapp and replying to messages
- Be the main point of contact for enquiries for the Director through various channels, ensuring that all are responded to in a timely manner
- Communicating with clients to gather essential information and move deals forward
- Supporting the wider team in accordance with business objectives and advise of any issues arising
- Maintain dashboards ensuring data is correct and up to date for reporting purposes
- Attending client meetings with Managing Director & sending summary reports
- Attending team meetings with Managing Director
- Paying invoices & forwarding to finance manager
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week
Salary: £20.00 per hour
