Your Role and Responsibilities
Corporate Security SME providing global program management of Security policy and compliance programs.

• Strategic Planning of policy-compliance programs
• Provide security SME support on various acquisitions or divestiture deals.
• Corporate Security policy maintenance and updates.
• Provide advice/guidance on policy inquiries to global security staff and other IBM personnel
• Monitor compliance with IBM policies and processes through available data sources and metrics
• Administration and oversight of quarterly MSACs
• Ensure that non-compliant items are documented in the Security compliance database and Risk Evaluations (REs)
• Monitor compliance issues to closure
• Biweekly status reports on organization's compliance posture
• Conduct compliance assessments against established policies/processes

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• SME knowledge Corporate Security:
• Applications
• Processes & Procedures
• Policy
• Compliance
• Audits/Reviews
• General advice & guidance regarding policy, processes& procedures
• Acquisitions & Divestitures involving Corporate Security

• Regulations: Working knowledge of country/local regulations involving Corporate Security
• Minimum 2-year degree
• Minimum required work experience: 5 years equivalent work experience
