Job description
- Provide sourcing concepts, test planning, and creative briefs for implementation of Creative Strategy
- Select and manage Live Check print vendor relationship
- Perform ongoing process development for production and analysis
- Recommend performance improvements, process updates, and cost savings opportunities
- Conduct assigned cycles of home office Branch live check program
- Lead contact with credit bureaus and credit marketing services
- Work with Operations and Compliance to ensure that selection criteria are applied appropriately
- Select and manage the print vendor relationships
- Develop and follow tight timelines throughout the project cycle reporting on progress and ensuring no delay.
- Monitor and support troubleshooting or issues that arise throughout campaign window
- Collect and analyze competitor programs to make ongoing strategy and content recommendations
- Support direct mail integration with paid digital, email, social media, and SMS touchpoints
- Execute digital content management plan to grow and target engaged audiences Work with digital team to test and measure all digital content touchpoints
- Craft creative content and programs to trigger desired response to target audience
- Undergraduate degree, or equivalent experience
- Minimum (3) years managing complex direct mail processes, procedures, and printing
- Minimum (3) years' experience with an ad agency and print production experience
- Advanced interpersonal relationship skills at a variety of levels and diverse social and business settings
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgement
- Exhibit strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills (verbal / written / interpersonal)
- Level 2 proficiency in MS Office Suite products and ability to learn other software
- Strong in organization with attention to detail
- Ability to operated standard office equipment
- Must have a valid license with ability to travel
