We are after a Senior Recruitment Consultant or even a Recruitment Consultant who wants to progress paying £25k-£40k OTE £20K on top on average – salary really is dependent on experience!

This role will be working in the PR and Communications Team.
Senior Associates/Recruitment Consultants can grow and develop their own team inside one of their Sectors (PR/ Comms, Marketing & Digital, Sports Marketing & Partnerships) reporting into a Sector Lead for PR and Comms!
Activities / KPIs that f1 SA’s focus on every day are:
- Interviewing candidates
- New business development & growth of key accounts (A lot of the role to start with will be delivery).
- Visiting Clients
- Taking on Jobs
- Marketing candidates to clients to create job taking opportunities (CMCs)
- Writing ad copy for website(s) on each new job
- Arranging interviews for candidates and clients
- Taking feedback
- Negotiating terms with candidates.
- Agreeing TOB with clients
- Facilitating placings
- Administration and using Bullhorn, the candidate and client database (training provided).
Employed basis
- Holiday – 25 days holiday that includes 3 days taken between Christmas and New Year
- Notice period – one week notice either side for the first 3 months; three months’ notice either side from end of probationary period
- Resources provided – Samsung A50 Galaxy and HP laptop
