Job title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Bramley (Rotherham)
Hours of Work:
Monday - Thursday: 08:30 - 16:30
Fridays: 08:30 - 16:00
Hourly rate of pay (PAYE): £11.95 per hour (Weekly pay)
Duration: 26 week temp to perm

Qualifications / Experience required:
Good IT knowledge (MS Office – Essential, ERP, CRM - Desirable)
Key responsibilities:
Handling telephone enquiries within the criteria set out by the company.
Order entry within the criteria set out by the company.
Coordinate with all necessary parties (DC, Transport Company, Account Managers and Customers) to ensure efficient delivery to customers.
Ensure accurate and timely input of promotions, prices and discounts into our ERP systems.
Accurate and timely maintenance of customer account records within the criteria set out by the company.
Timely handling of customer returns and technical claims within the criteria set out by the company.
Timely investigation of invoice queries and creation of credit or debit notes to rectify these queries and the aforementioned returns and technical claims, ensuring compliance with SOX requirements.
Ensure that all customers both internal and external are kept up-to-date and informed of any necessary information related to their customer accounts.
Proactive communication of delivery delays and product alternatives within the criteria set out by the company.
Proactive communication of new products within the criteria set out by the company.
Proactive selling to customers within the criteria set out by the company.
General administrative duties as required to fulfil the role.n
Perform other duties as assigned or dictated by position responsibilities.

The following applies to all workers paid on a PAYE basis.
How will you be paid?
You will be paid on standard PAYE (pay as you earn). There are no other deductions made to your pay outside of basic tax and national insurance. There is no charge for your payroll being processed.
How often will you be paid?
You will be paid on a weekly basis for the hours you completed the previous week.
Holiday Pay
Your holiday is accrued over a 52-week average at a rate of 12.07% of your hourly rate.
