Job description
Synchronised Solution is currently recruiting an experienced first opinion Veterinary Surgeon to work in a state of the art veterinary hospital in Yorkshire. You would be working alongside a very experienced team of Veterinary Surgeons, Veterinary Nurses and reception staff. This is a state of the art 24 hour/365 veterinary practice in South Yorkshire. The hospital was opened in 2002 and offers state of the art facilities including imaging suite, three consult rooms, three theatres as well as in house MRI machines, CT and much more. This role would be suitable for someone with at least 2-3 years’ experience and confident in basic surgery like castrations and spays.
The veterinary hospital is located in Dearne Valley, South Yorkshire along the River Dearne. This is a beautiful countryside region with good connections to nearby cities like Doncaster, Rotherham, Wakefield and Sheffield.
Salary and benefits: Further to fantastic flexibility this position offers. There is on offer a very competitive salary package up to £65000 This includes yearly accommodation allowance of £5400. A car is also provided or allowance as well as generous CPD with three days’ CPD leave and in-house CPD training, 5 weeks annual leave and fantastic career progression and partnership opportunities. There are many other benefits available including paid VDS, RCVS and BVA fees as well as 4 weeks paid sabbatical leave after 5 years service.
We can also support Certificates of Sponsorship for a Tier 2 (General) Visa if you meet the criteria and are eligible to register as a veterinary surgeon with the RCVS upon arrival in the UK.
