Salary: £24,000 to £24,619
Location - West of Hampshire
Hours: 37 hours per week .

MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB
To provide support, advice and assistance to women, men and their families who have experienced domestic abuse or are at risk of domestic abuse and have mental health issues/support needs
This specialist support will enable refuges to accept people with higher mental health support needs than they can currently and support more people in the community to reduce the demand for refuge accommodation through offering direct support sessions to victims and upskilling DVA workers.
The post holder will work directly with all agencies and will increase expertise across Stop Domestic Abuse around mental health needs, raising standards, creating pathways of support and strengthening support networks for those with multiple and complex needs, ensuring there is a long term legacy for this project .
To participate in Stop Domestic Abuse’s “Front Door Service” providing initial advice/information/guidance to victims/perpetrators/professionals/family members.
To participate in the delivery of the on-call out of hours service on a rota basis.
